Formed in 1989 K B Bandaraya (P Pinang) Sdn Bhd is a privately owned company specializing in the installation, sales and marketing of Central Vacuum systems in Malaysia to address the growing need for better indoor air quality in today’s buildings.

In 1990, the Environmental Protection Agency ranked indoor air pollution as the most important environmental cause of cancer. Scientific evidence has indicated that the air indoors can be more seriously polluted than the air outdoors. As people spend most of their time indoors either in the comfort of their homes or at the work place, therefore, risk to personal health may be greater due to exposure to air pollution indoors than outdoors.

Since its formations, the Company has gained a solid reputation offering a state-of –the art Central Vacuum systems from conceptual design to implementation for buildings such as Hotels, Hospitals, Club Houses, Factories, Condominiums, Apartments and individual homes ranging from Bungalows, Semi-Detached and Terrace houses.
